PURPOSE: To provide a double-side printing device, in which a trouble that papers held by rollers at a part near a paper re-feeding carrying part is broken or that paper is left inside of a device is eliminated, by providing a cancelling mechanism for cancelling the connection of a feeding roller and a transmission part in couple with the operation for disconnecting a paper re-feeding carrying part from a device main body.

CONSTITUTION: When a paper re-feeding tray 12 is drawn from a device main body 1 with the generation of trouble such as jam of the papers or the like, an arm member 101 is rotated clockwise around of a shaft 102 by the energizing force of a spring 105. Engagement of an idle gear 103 and gears 106,107 is thereby cancelled, and the driving force from the device main body 1 is not transmitted to the gear 106, and a feeding roller 65b can be freely rotated in relation to the rotating force from the device main body 1. Under this condition, the papers are held by feeding rollers 70a, 70b without generating a trouble that the paper is broken or the paper is left inside of the device main body, and the papers are drawn to the front of the device main body 1 with the paper re-feeding tray 12, and removed.
