Abstract:
To provide a screw nail capable of screwing and striking, and a member fixing device.SOLUTION: A screw nail 10 has: a shaft part 11; a head 21 which follows one end in an axial direction of the shaft part 11 and has a striking surface 22 on an upper surface; a sharp-pointed part 31 which follows another end in the axial direction of the shaft part 11, is thinner than the shaft part 11, and becomes sharper as it approaches the end; and a male screw 41 which is provided for both the shaft part 11 and the sharp-pointed part 31 and whose lead angle ranges from 30 to 40 degrees. The male screw 41 has in the shaft part 11 a first screw part 42 whose first advancing side flank angle is formed larger than a first return side flank angle. The male screw 41 has a second screw part 45 which is provided across to the sharp-pointed part 31 from the side nearer the sharp-pointed part 31 than the first screw part 42, whose second advancing side flank angle becomes smaller than the first screw part 42 as it approaches the end of the sharp-pointed part 31, and in which respective flank angles shift while maintaining the lead angle so that the second return side flank angle becomes larger than the first screw part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
