To provide a double-sided self-adhesive tape not only improving its own rollability and workability, but also suitable as an adhesive material for which a clearance with a width of as thin as 10 μm or less is required.

The double-sided self-adhesive tape is characterized by including respective self-adhesive layers 1-5 μm thick each on both sides of a biaxially oriented polyester film of 0.9-4.2 μm thick containing 0.1-5.0 wt.% of particles of 0.4-2.0 μm in average size and having a film haze value of 8-25% and being 9.5 μm or less in total thickness.
