PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a continuous drainage method for a deep sea area that is the most important pending legislation at a marine power generation ship, desire that this patent application becomes an entrance for more new stage, the best new methods might be found continuously in the future to show a great improvement in this field, and that this invention starts a first treading step in development of operation in marine power generation having possibility that Japan with less amount of self energy can become the world-leading resource country.SOLUTION: This invention provides studies about a method for installing a marine container for a marine power generation ship having a drainage container with high capacity as much as possible, drawing it out of a sea bottom location while being "passed" toward land and inland such as peninsula and cape etc. through utilization of powerful buoyancy at the large marine space, thereby fixing it, and similarly a complete and powerful fixing and installation method in which inland higher locations are utilized for the marine power generation ship.
