Abstract:
To provide a dough conditioner enabling operations before baking such as thawing/drying of frozen dough, etc., to be conducted in a short time while maintaining dough in a good condition.
This conditioner is equipped with a freezer and a heater which can develop the capacity of >400 watts of electricity (preferably ≥600 watts of electricity, more preferably 600-800 watts of electricity) and >600 watts of electricity (preferably ≥1,000 watts of electricity, more preferably 1,000-1,200 watts of electricity) based on 20 kg of frozen dough charge, respectively.
