To provide a drainage discharging system, a neutralizing device and a hot water/water heating device capable of minimizing frequency of replenishment of liquid to a storing means executed to keep a water seal state.
This neutralizing device 7 has a storage container 30 comprising an inflow tank 31 and a discharge tank 32 separated from each other through a partition 33. The neutralizing device 7 is kept in a state that the drainage and the like is stored by a water injection reference water level Lc to keep the water seal state so far as the combustion portion 2 is normally operated, during standby for combustion of the combustion portion 2. In this state, a volume of a space from the water injection reference water level Lc to an overflow reference water level Lx at a discharge tank 32 side is more than the volume of the drainage and the like flowing to the discharge tank 32 side by lowering a liquid level at the inflow tank 31 side in maximum in accompany with the combustion operation.
