Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe which can be laid in the inside of a draining paved body and which collects water into the pipe in the whole length of the freely bendable pipe.
SOLUTION: Rainwater penetrating in the inside of a draining paved body laid as a surface course of a bridge or a road is led to a drainage pit or passage formed in the peripheral ends of a road or the like. The side flaps 2, 3 bent upward and downward at the breadthwise ends respectively, of metallic tape- form flat plates 1, are mutually connected. And these flat plates are wound up spirally to form a pipe.
