Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the occupation width of a drain pot in the width direction of a road without impairing the easiness in the cleaning and inspection of a drainage pipeline and a sewer pipeline.
CONSTITUTION: A drain pot is made up of a pot body 1a which has a main pipe 11 capable of being connected to the drain pot P (not shown) and also has a rising part 12 formed on the circumferential wall of the main pipe 11, a rising pipe 1b connected to the rising part 12 of the pot body 1a, and a cover 1c provided on the top of the rising pipe 1b. In the rising part 12 of the pot body 1a, the rising pipe 1b, and the cover 1c; the dimensions L1, L2 in the axial direction of the main pipe are made larger than the bore diameter of the main pipe, and the dimensions W1, W2 in the width direction of the main pipe are made smaller than the dimensions L1, L2 in the axial direction of the main pipe.
