Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pump for an air conditioner reducing generation of noise and having a simple structure.
SOLUTION: The drain pump comprises a pump body 1 provided with suction port 2 on a lower end part and a discharge port 3 on an upper side part, a cover 7 covering the pump body 1 on an upper part of the pump body 1, an impeller 10 accommodated inside the pump body 1, and a motor 16 for rotating the impeller 10, wherein the impeller 10 comprises primary vanes 17 formed radially from a rotating shaft 11, auxiliary vanes 18 provided on a lower part of the rotating shaft 11, a ring part having a cylindrical outer circumference surface on the outer circumference of the primary vanes 17, a ring circumference plate formed on an upper surface of the ring, and an inverted conical surface part formed in contact with the ring part and the auxiliary vanes 18, and the ring circumference plate and the inverted conical surface part are formed so that outer diameters of the same are larger than that of the ring part.
