Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a hinged cap from a bottle body for classification without providing a weakened line for tearing as a technical target, whereby the hinged cap can be excellently, quickly and smoothly placed and assembled onto the bottle body and removed for classification.
SOLUTION: The hinged cap comprises the cap body 1 having a pour-out port at the top and a pair of engaging protrusions 3 on both sides longitudinally on a rear end face of an assembling cylinder 2 which is to be undercut-coupled with an outer periphery of a neck of the bottle body wherein the assembling cylinder between the protrusions 3 is formed as an opening 4, and a lid body 13 comprising an engaging body 17 equipped with a pair of engaging longitudinal protrusions 18 on both sides which slidably engage with/disengage from the exterior of the protrusions 3 from upward and an upper lid 14 opening/closing the pour-out port coupled therewith via a hinge 20.
