In this drainage asphalt mixture, blast furnace slag in a molten state is poured into a metallic mold, air-cooled and solidified, so as to be turned into plate-like solidified slag of a thickness of 10-30 mm; and crushed stone-like compact slag with a coefficient of water absorption of 1.5% or less, which is obtained by crushing the solidified slag, is mixed as the coarse aggregate.
