Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shape defect and a mechanically tested value departure by uniformizing a temp. distribution of a steel plate to obtain excellent draining performance over a whole width direction of a steel plate without excessively cooling an end face of a steel plate side in a draining spray device to drain retained water on a rolling steel plate by cooling control, etc.
SOLUTION: A water feeding header 12 is arranged above a roller table 2 to cross a line table, plural side spray nozzles 13, which sprays high pressure water 15 from the upper part of the line table on a steel plate 1 to direction toward the outside of the direction orthogonal to the line, are arranged at the water feeding header 12, further plural counter spray nozzles 14, which sprays high pressure water 15 from the upper part of the line table on the steel plate 1 to direction toward a retained water 4 side of a line direction, are arranged at the water feeding header, by the nozzles 13, 14 on the line, and draining is conducted with strong blowing force to eliminate excessive cooling of an end face of a steel plate side.
