PURPOSE: To provide a draw false-twister capable of reutilizing a yarn of an end-broken spindle by evaluating the yarn quality of a small package of the end-broken spindle.

CONSTITUTION: This draw false-twister has a central control unit 26 provided with a means 1 for judging the end breakage, a means for evaluating the deviation of the detwisting tension T2 from a standard value until the end-breakage by comparing with the standard value and a displaying means 26a to display the evaluation result of the end-broken small package. The history of the detwisting tension of the end-broken small package is scrutinized, the extent of the deviation from the standard value used as a criterion of the quality evaluation is classified by the classification of defects and the frequency of the defect per unit length of the yarn is evaluated and displayed to enable the judgment of the reusability and the reusable level of the yarn by an operator based on the display at the manual doffing operation.
