Abstract:
To provide a drawing die which can set desired hardness distribution to a drawing material, a drawing method, and a design method for the drawing die.SOLUTION: A drawing die 3d comprises an approach 30d, and a bearing 31d located on a downstream side of the approach 30d. The drawing die 3d molds a drawing material 91d from a drawing blank 90d. When a distance between an inner peripheral surface of the bearing 31d and an outer peripheral surface of the drawing blank 90d is so made as to be a processing quantity L1 to L3, peripheral direction distribution of the processing quantity L1 to L3 is ununiformly set so as to be capable of setting desired hardness distribution to the drawing material 91d. Peripheral direction distribution of approach angles θ1 to θ2 of the approach 30d is ununiformly set so as to be capable of suppressing curving of the drawing blank 90d due to peripheral direction distribution of the processing quantity L1 to L3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
