Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing method capable of reducing a working defect due to no development of a crack, increasing a formable quantity due to the condition hard to develop the crack and increasing the freedom of product design.
SOLUTION: In a drawing forming method to form a recessed part 2 to a metal plate, a slit along the periphery of a recessed part over the whole periphery is arranged to the part 2a to be scrap of the recessed part 2 while leaving the center inside part 2c of one side thereof. Further, a bead 9 is arranged on the center inside part 2c of one side of the part 2c to be scrap, in drawing, the inside part of the slit is not bent downward, thus, the defect in charging at a succeeding process is not generated.
