This drink extraction bag comprises: a hollow paper-core-shaped holder part formed of a fan-shaped blank paper sheet, and having a wide opening part in its upper part and a narrow opening part in its lower part; and a filter part composed of a circular filter material and covering the narrow opening part in the lower part of the holder part. This extraction bag has a turn-up part turned up inward at a fold in the bottom end of the narrow opening part in the lower part; the blank sheet is formed with a plurality of fold lines; either one of the plurality of fold lines is defined as the fold part; and the circumferential edge of the filter part is folded along the turned-up part and joined with the inside of the turned-up part to change the length of the turned-up part.
