Abstract:
To provide a dripping solvent for an aqueous composition with which solvent the state of the aqueous composition can be controlled constant by adding proper amount of water, an alcohol and a neutralizer to the aqueous composition, which contains water, the alcohol and the neutralizer during printing or coating.
The dripping solvent for an aqueous composition at least contains 70-95 pts.wt. of the alcohol, 5-30 pts.wt. of water and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of ammonia.
