To provide a drive belt which can show high dynamic properties over a longer period, and a conveying belt which can show high dynamic properties over a longer period.
The drive belt includes a laminated body in which at least two kinds of rubber layers of a bonded rubber layer with core wires buried therein and a compression rubber layer are laminated, and a cloth material bonded to the upper surface, lower surface or the entire peripheral surface of the laminated body. At least one of the core wire and the cloth material is constituted of a fiber such as a polyester fiber, and contains a 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene copolymer latex. The drive belt is impregnated with an RFL adhesive composition containing at least 50 wt.% of the copolymer latex in the solid matter of the latex component. The conveying belt is reinforced with the fibrous material constituted of a fiber such as polyesther fiber, and impregnated with an RFL adhesive composition containing the copolymer latex as a latex ingredient.
