Abstract:
To obtain a form which can secure high-withdrawal resistance while holding high rigidity for withstanding buckling, in a fastener pin which is driven into a metal or concrete base material.SOLUTION: A fastener pin has a shaft 1 and a head 2, and the shaft 1 is constituted of a straight part 4, a first throttle part 6 and a second throttle part 7. When setting a length of the first throttle part as L1, setting a length of the second throttle part as L2, and setting a diameter of the straight part as D, L1 is substantially within a range of 1 to 1.5 times of D, L2 is within a range of 1.0 to 2.5 times of L2, and L1+L2 is set so as to be substantially within a range of 2 to 5 times of D. Since the fastener pin can be deeply driven into a base material 10 by setting a spread angle θ1 of the first throttle part 6 and a spread angle θ2 of the second throttle part 7 to magnitudes without an excess and shortage, high-withdrawal resistance can be obtained while minimizing drive-in resistance as much as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
