To provide a drive mechanism which can regulate the tension of a linear power transmission member and can simplify a constitution and reduce the size thereof.
In a drive mechanism 10, a part of a male screw 33 in a pipe 32 that is a fluid supply/discharge part formed integrally with an actuator 31 which is a drive part, and a female screw 64 in a base end-side wall 60 are screwed to each other, whereby the actuator 31 and the pipe 32 are supported in a fixed state to the base end-side wall 60. That is, the pipe 32 which is the fluid supply/discharge part serves as a drive part support part. Furthermore, a position of screwing between the male screw 33 in the pipe 32 which is the drive part support part, and the female screw 64 can be adjusted. The tension of a wire 20 relative to a pulley 23 is adjusted by adjusting a screwing position between the male screw 33 and the female screw 64. That is, the male screw 33 provided in the pipe 32 which is the drive part support part serves as a tension adjustor that adjusts the tension of the wire 20 which is a linear tension transmission member.
