To arbitrarily set the waveform of a driving signal driving a switching element by feeding back/supplying the clock signal of a frequency which is set in accordance with the detection signal and the control signal of output voltage in a switched capacitor circuit to the switched capacitor circuit.

A voltage detection circuit 14 compares the voltage of the driving signal being the output of the switched capacitor circuit 13 with reference voltage which is previously set, and outputs the compared result as the detection signal. The detection circuit 14 can arbitrarily set respective sections by providing a reference voltage source and a voltage comparator. A data storage means 15 sets the control signal and the detection signal to be address inputs and can previously set arbitrary data in accordance with respective addresses so as to change the equivalent resistance of the switched capacitor circuit 13. Thus, the rise/fall time constants of the respective sections of the waveforms of the driving signals can be set in accordance with the characteristics of the switching element 2 and a load 3 and the element 2 can be driven.
