A control unit evaluates driving conditions up to a destination of the car, according to the differences or similarities between the guidance route and a route actually taken by the car (Steps S1-S5, S11). When the car reaches the destination ("YES" in Step 10), an evaluation result is reported to the passengers of the car, by displaying the result on a display, and outputting the result with speech from a speaker (Steps S17, S18).
