This device has electronic components provided with magnetic-flux passing faces through which magnetic flux passes and magnetic-flux non-passing faces through which magnetic flux does not pass, and a current supply line 71 for generating a magnetic field by causing current to flow. The supply line 71 is so arranged as to suppress passage through the magnetic-flux passing faces of magnetic flux formed by the generation of the magnetic field, in strong electric field generation regions set being caused to correspond to the electronic components. The influence of the magnetic field generated by the supply line 71 on the electronic components can be suppressed, and the occurrence of an error in the output of each electronic component and the deterioration of the performance of the electronic component can be prevented.
