Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable high-accuracy control by decreasing memory capacity concerning the driving controller for moving a moving object to a target position at prescribed speed.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a memory part 35 for storing a first table to respectively store respective target values corresponding to a reference value, for which a range to be taken by the reference value is divided for the unit of the power multiplier of '2', and a second table to store the respective target values corresponding to the reference value, for which the range to be taken by the reference value after 1/2 is equally divided, so as to express the relation between the control target value and the reference value with a coefficient value and a power-multiplied value in the case of controlling the speed of a driving object 34 from a processing part 32 through a driving part 33. Further, a control target value preparing means is provided to calculate the control target value while referring to the first and second tables from the applied reference value.
