PURPOSE: To provided a driving fixture which can enhance the durability of a packing, and also can enhance its waterproofness in an executing condition.

CONSTITUTION: A driving fixture is composed of a nail main body 2, and of a packing 3 provided for the back face side of the head section 21 of the nail main body 2, and is driven in such a way that the packing 3 is pressed in by the head section 21. A tapered section 20 is formed in the back side of the head section 21 in such a way as to be formed into a reversed pan shape, under a fixed condition where the packing 3 is pressed in, the aforesaid fixation fixture comprises the packing 3 housed in the tapered section 20 in a compressed condition.
