To provide a driving force transmitting device realizing driving in a plurality of driving force switching states by driving one preventing mechanism with simplified constitution.
The driving force transmitting device is equipped with a motor 1, a 1st member to be driven (8) and 2nd members to be driven (19 and 20), and a transmitting mechanism receiving the driving force from the motor 1 and moving to a 1st switching position where it transmits the driving force in a 1st direction to the 1st member to be driven (8), a 2nd switching position where it transmits the driving force in a 2nd direction opposite to the 1st direction to the 1st member to be driven (8) and a 3rd switching position between the 1st and the 2nd switching positions where it transmits the driving force to the 2nd members to be driven (19 and 20). The 1st member to be driven (8) is provided with a stopper part for stopping the transmitting mechanism at the 2nd switching position on a prescribed driven position.
