Abstract:
To provide a driving support system, guiding a driver while announcing a viewing action to be taken by the driver for safe driving at a specific point such as intersection in accordance with the traffic state variously changed by a geographic factor, a time factor or the like.
A CPU 11 of an information delivery center 3 forms, based on line-of-sight information and viewing action data received from a navigation device 2, a viewing action statistic data table 71 as statistic data corresponding to node data of a specific point such as intersection, an approach link ID, a day of the week and a time (e.g., about 1 hour such as 0:00 to 0:59), and stores the table in a center-side line-of-sight DB 16 (S111-S115).
