Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving unit having a motor and a transmission, in which abrasion powder (metal powder) generated from the transmission is prevented from adhering to the motor.SOLUTION: A motor unit (driving unit) 10 includes a first casing 12 for housing a motor 14, and a second casing 16 for housing a transmission 18. An inner chamber 12a of the first casing 12 and an inner chamber 16a of the second casing 16 are isolated from each other by, for example, an outer wall of the first casing 12. The first casing 12 and the second casing 16 have a first oil circulation path 106 and a second oil circulation path 108, respectively, for circulating and supplying oil OL1 or oil OL2.
