Title:
DROP-HAMMER TEST DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3594817
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a drop-hammer test, and to make accurately controllable the drop-hammer height by providing a hammer-throwing part that can accommodate a plurality of hammers for striking a specimen and at the same time, throws the hammers one by one, and a post that retains the hammer-throwing part ascendably and descendably.
SOLUTION: When a rotator 17 is rotated by pulling an operation rope, a recessed part 24 travels clockwise when viewed from the left side. Since a part directly below a rotator 17 is exposed without being covered by a bottom plate 11 at a hammer-throwing part 3, hammers 23 fall from the recessed part 24 when the recessed part 24 reaches this part and is directed downward. When the operation rope is released and the rotator 17 is returned to its original position, the recessed part 24 returns to a state where it is directed toward the rear horizontally again and a next hammer 23 is fed from a guide 25. In this manner, the hammers 23 are thrown one by one from the hammer-throwing part 3. A first sprocket 27 and a second sprocket 28 are supported rotatably by the upper and lower end parts inside the post 2, respectively, with an axis being extended in the left and right directions as the center.
