Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type transmission capable of realizing a power transmission state and a parking state, and enabling downsizing in an axial direction.SOLUTION: An uneven part for parking is provided so as to face radially outward, in a shifter member that is supported on a transmission rotational shaft in a relatively unrotatable manner and in an axially movable manner, and that is unevenly engaged with a shift gear supported to the transmission rotational shaft in a relatively rotatable manner according to movement toward an axial direction, to make the shift gear into a power transmission state. Provided is a lock mechanism unevenly engaged with the uneven part for parking according to rotation of a drum member to a parking position, to forcibly make the shifter member into a rotation stop state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
