Title:
DRUM WINDING METHOD FOR PREFABRICATED WIRE RUN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2784736
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To so wind a prefabricated wire run on a wire drum as not to cause the scuff damage of a split wire at the wire.
CONSTITUTION: When a prefabricated wire run 13 is wound on a wire drum 16, a split wire 12 is wound on the outermost layer 6a of a wire 6 wound in a section in each section of a body 16a. When the leading side end of the wire 12 arrives at the layer 6a, a protective sheet 22 for preventing the direct contact of the wire 12 with the surface of the layer 6a of the section is wound together with the wire 12 until at least one turn or more covers the entire surface of the layer 6a of the section. Since the entire surface of the layer 6a is covered with the sheet 22, the wire 12 does not give scuff damage at the wire 6. When stringing, the sheet 22 is naturally unwound from the layer 6a and naturally dropped.
