In this drunk operation suppressing system 1, a sunroof actuator and window actuators 22a to 22n open a sunroof 20 and windows 24a and 24n when the drinking state of the driver is detected by an alcohol detecting sensor 10 and when a rainfall and a snowfall outside of a vehicle are also detected by a weather detecting sensor 12. Thus, an unpleasant feeling and fear for an interior trim in a cabin are sensitively imparted even to a drinker reduced in judgement and reflection capability, and will of continuing the driving operation is reduced from the driver of fearing influence on the interior trim when the rainfall or the snowfall become unpleasant, and stopping of the driving operation can be expected by spontaneously stopping the vehicle. Since a change in motional performance of the vehicle, a change in an operation characteristic and visibility failure are not caused, safety is also secured.
