Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dry processor for preventing putrefaction and generation of offensive odor by uniformly drying food and raw refuse such as cooking tailings, residual food, etc., produced at home by a simple operation.
CONSTITUTION: The dry processor comprises a body vessel 3 having a switching unit, a cylindrical vacuum heat insulation vessel l provided in the vessel 3, a sample containing vessel 2 provided in the vessel 1, a microwave heater 4 provided in the body vessel, a microwave irradiating port 5 provided at a lower part of the body vessel, a rotary unit 6 of the containing vessel, a partition plate 7, a heat insulator 9 provided in a bottom of the containing vessel, a fan 9 for cooling the body vessel, and a drain port 10. The processor dries a sample such as food, raw refuse, etc., to prevent putrefaction during stock and generation of offensive odor due to the putrefaction. The cylindrical vessel is used, a microwave is emitted from a lower part of the sample in which moisture tends to be stored to uniformly heat and dry the sample, and thermal decomposition of the sample can be suppressed. Further, ignition due to local heating of the sample can be prevented.
