Abstract:
To provide a drying chamber that reduces a dew-point temperature, a drying mechanism, and a method of using the drying mechanism.SOLUTION: The drying chamber comprises an adsorbent that adsorbs moisture in air and a first heater that heats the adsorbent, each disposed in the chamber. Preferably, the adsorbent is supported by fibers. More preferably, the first heater comprises conductive fibers that generate heat when an electric current flows therethrough. Further more preferably, the first heater comprises a meandering heat generating zone formed of the conductive fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
