Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for measuring DTA of trace admixture for Mn-Zn ferrite which can accurately and effectively measure melting starting temperature, etc., of the admixture necessary to manufacture a ferrite of vitre ous phase, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Baked ferrite is manufactured by using main ingredients Fe2O3, MoO, ZnO and necessary trace admixture made of normal composition (ST11), Cab, SiO2 of trace admixtures if are wet-mixed together with a reagent with comminuted article obtained by comminuting the baked ferrite, and dried (ST12, ST13). Then, the powder obtained by mixing is press-molded (ST14), and the molded form is baked at a predetermined temperature (melting temperature or lower) to obtain an article (ST15), the article (ST15) is used as a sample, and evaluated by DTA (ST16).
