Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly detect an inconsistency in the output results from a dual-system processor with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The dual-system control processor includes: a dual-system processor formed of two synchronously operating processors; a power source device for supplying power to the dual-system processor; a power source backup circuit that is connected to the power source device and one processor of the dual-system processor and supplies power to the processor; and a comparator for comparing and collating control signals output from the dual-system processor. When the voltage of the power source device varies, the one processor receives power from the power source backup circuit and keeps the voltage for a predetermined period.
