Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, conventional dusting has been dependent on skill of an operator, even recently, it is dependent on skill of an operator in a severe working environment, so that, to improve the work and provide a rubber sheet powder having no powder spot.SOLUTION: A powder-dusting device is configured so that: on an upper face of a put-out rubber sheet 11, a powder cutting roll 33 is rotatably installed; plural rows of powder reception grooves are formed on an outer periphery of the roll 33; a powder container having a powder gate 32 is provided on an upper face of the powder cutting roll 33; a powder collapse lever 31 capable of rotating, is provided in the powder container; and, a powder wiping brush roll 34 contacting a side face of the powder cutting roll 33 is provided. The powder-dusting device further comprises a powder stroke rotation brush 15 contacting elastically the rubber sheet 11, and is disposed adjacent to the powder-dusting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
