To provide a dustproof machine in which a rake part and a wheel are formed integrally with each other and hydraulic energy in the overall cross section of water flow between near the bottom and the surface of a water is utilized and which has a dedusting function part and a hydraulic power part formed integrally with each other.

The dustproof machine comprises a blade having a function for receiving a water flow energy and a function for conveying dust. In this dustproof machine, a same part (blade) has a dust conveying function to the outside of the water flow or by a method different from a water flow method and a conveying power generation function. All the flow water energy in the depth direction or lateral direction of the water is utilized by enabling the translation motion of the blade.
