Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily discriminate solders on parts different in the character of electric signals on a printed board, etc., by soldering with solders that contain dyes in different colors.
CONSTITUTION: In the center of the cylindrical solder body constituted of an alloy 3 of lead and tin, a flux 2 which mainly consists of rosin is contained, and inside this flux 2, a dye 1 is mixed. The dye 1 may be at least of several kinds of hue by changing the raw material of the dye.
