To provide a conductive base material for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a transparent conductive material for the dye-sensitized solar cell, having a high corrosion resistance against iodine ions in an electrolyte layer, capable of preventing degradation of a curvature factor and a conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell, and capable of attaining a high power generation efficiency, when used as an electrode base material for the dye-sensitized solar cell, and provide a dye-sensitized solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell module in which these base material are used.
The conductive base material for a dye-sensitized solar cell has a first metal layer made of metal having a specific resistance of 6x10-6 Ω m or less and a second metal layer which is formed on the first metal layer and is constituted of one among Ti, Cr, Ni, Mo, Ta, W, Nb, Pt and moreover, has a thickness of 500 nm or less.
