Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image communication management device selecting an optimum dynamic image communication protocol based on the evaluation of use picture quality.
SOLUTION: In a device constituted of a dynamic image server 40 connected to a network 50, a terminal 60 and a moving picture communication analysis device 80, a dynamic image code which the terminal 60 receives is transmitted to the dynamic image communication analysis device 80. The dynamic image communication analysis device 80 compares and evaluates the dynamic image communication protocol from a knowledge data part 90 which is previously mounted and which executes estimation by using a result obtained by analyzing the dynamic image code and a parameter showing an obtained use situation.
