Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently bring a water flow into a turbulent flow to eliminate a cause of local boiling and to reduce the number of processes in terms of manufacture and cost.
SOLUTION: A plurality of cut rise parts 2 inclined in the longitudinal direction of a baffle plate 1 against the direction of a water flow and rising are formed on a baffle plate 1 surface, serving as a reference surface, at intervals of a given distance alternately in a reverse direction. A so formed baffle plate is mounted in the internal space of a fin pipe. During the use, a water flow is collided with the cut rise parts 2 to promote the generation of the turbulent flow swirling outward and prevents the occurrence if residence of a water flow.
