Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo electric machine which is simple in construction and low in noise, and an electric vehicle using the machine.
SOLUTION: The dynamo electric machine includes a stator having a stator iron core on which a stator wire of a multi-phase is wound, and a rotor disposed on the opposite side of the stator via a face of an opening gap. A groove 85 to reduce an electromagnetic vibration force is provided on surface of the iron core of the rotor. A permanent magnet is arranged within the rotor iron core constituting the rotor. Length of the groove in the circumferential direction of an opening is larger than that of its depth, and the ratio of the width w of the groove for reducing the electromagnetic vibration force (w/sh) to the slot interval sh of the stator iron core is set to be 0.34≤w/sh≤1.1, and a plurality of grooves for reducing the electromagnetic vibration force are provided per magnetic pole.
