Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a unit for controlling an electric rolling stock provided with a resistor inserted between an inverter and an induction motor which is capable of suppressing as much as possible a current and torque fluctuations by switching control parameters at the same time when a contactor is applied.
SOLUTION: In the controlling unit of the electric rolling stock in which the resistor can be inserted between an inverter 43 and an induction motor 48, a current sensor 47 mounted on a contactor 46 and directly detecting the application of the contactor 46, and a changing part 44 of the control parameters which switches control parameters by the direct detection are provided.
