Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance the reliability of a load cell by a method wherein one end of a sheetlike regulation member having a definite frictional resistance is fixed to a fixation part and the other end is inserted into a slight gap formed between a torque arm and a brake lining.
SOLUTION: A regulation member 20 uses a thin sheetlike spring steel material, one end of it is fixed to a fixation frame 17, and the other end is inserted into a slight gap formed between a brake lining 18 on one side and a torque arm 14. The face coming into contact with the torque arm 14 of the regulation member 20 has a prescribed coefficient of friction. When a disk brake 15 is operated, both brake linings 18 sandwich both sides of the torque arm 14. Since the other end of the regulating member 20 is inserted between the brake lining 18 on one side and the torque arm 14, the brake lining 18 on one side is integrated with the regulation member 20 by a frictional force, the movement of the torque arm 14 is prevented, and a load cell 19 is not displaced. Consequently, it is possible to obtain a dynamometer whose measuring accuracy is not lowered and whose reliability is enhanced.
