Abstract:
To provide technology in an EGR device for an internal combustion engine capable of supplying a proper amount of EGR gas even if an EGR valve does not match a target opening.
The exhaust gas recirculation device for an internal combustion engine includes an EGR passage connecting an exhaust passage and an intake passage of the internal combustion engine, the EGR valve opening and closing the EGR passage, a setting means for setting an operating point of the internal combustion engine, and a changing means for changing the operating point of the internal combustion engine in response to an opening of the EGR valve when the opening of the EGR valve does not match the target opening.
