To efficiently plan the ToBe architecture by supporting arrangement of an AsIs architecture, a required condition a restriction and the like specified by a user, in EA (Enterprise Architecture) planning, and further generating automatically a measure for planning a ToBe architecture on the basis thereof.
When a required condition is specified by the user for a certain class of the ToBe architecture, a rule of what kind of a measure is to be implemented in other class is defined as a recommended pattern based on EA planning cases in the past, and what kind of measure is to be implemented in each of the classes is generated automatically, on the basis of the required condition by the user. The AsIs architecture is corrected based on the measure generated in this way and further the ToBe architecture is planned on the basis of the required condition and the restriction specified by the user.
