To prevent collapse of a house by coping even with any vertical/lateral seismic movement in a scrummage by joining respective columns inside of the house by iron plates and the other materials according to the house constitution.
Respective columns 1 to 5 inside of a house are connected/fixed by an iron plate 14, and columns 4 to 8 and a column 11 are connected/fixed by an iron plate 15 so that the columns and the adjacent columns cooperate with each other. Columns 7 to 10 and the column 1 are connected/fixed by an iron plate 16 to fix the inside of a room. Columns 8, 11, 12 and the column 9 are connected/fixed by an iron plate 17, and the columns 9, 12, 10 and a column 13 are connected/fixed by an iron plate 18 to fix the inside of a closet. The whole outer peripheral part of a one-story house is connected by a continuous iron plate to fix the periphery to be thereby formed in the shape of connecting/fixing the iron plates in the shape of sandwiching the respective columns from the inside/outside both surfaces to cope even with any vertical/ lateral seismic movement in a scrummage to inexpensively prevent collapse of the house.
