To simplify a structure by improving the earthquake-resisting performance and reducing a burden of earthquake resistance requested to a structure of a basic constitution of a device, with respect to the earthquake-resistant structure of the device.
An earthquake-resistant protective bar unit 4 and an earthquake-resistant protective damper unit 5 are mounted in addition to the basic constitution composed of a basic interface mount 2 provided with a seismic intensity meter 6 and a control part 7 at a lower part of a box-shaped storage frame 1, and having an anchor bolt 3 projecting downward. The earthquake-resistant protective bar unit 4 is mounted on an upper part of the storage frame 1 as a support point, always fixed to a side face of the storage frame 1 by a latch mechanism (A)11, and floated from an installation face with the earthquake-resistant protective damper unit 5. When the seismic intensity meter 6 detects the vibration and impact, an electromagnet 21 and the like is operated through a control part 7, the earthquake-resistant protective bar unit 4 is displaced to be opened/elongated in the outward A direction, and the earthquake-resistant protective damper unit 5 is elongated and displaced in the downward E direction, whereby the units are brought into contact with the installation face, the oscillation of the device is inhibited, and the vibration energy is absorbed.
