Abstract:

To provide an eccentricity amount estimation device which accurately estimates a physical quantity corresponding to an eccentricity amount of a rotation body, and to provide a rotation velocity control device, an image forming apparatus and a program.

A code wheel 72 is comprised of a plurality of slits 71 arranged at almost equal intervals in the peripheral direction, each being formed in a rectangular shape with a width extended from the base end 71A of an outer peripheral side towards the leading end 71B on a center 72A side, and light blocking parts 72C of an isosceles trapezoidal shape formed at each region held between the slits 71 and 71 with a shorter base positioned on the center side and a longer base positioned on the outer peripheral side.
